1. What is a safelist?
A safelist is a mailing list where all members can mail to each other. These emails cannot be considered as spam because every member has opted in and confirmed their email address. A safelist can be used to advertise websites, business opportunities and so forth.

3. How does the credit based mailer work?
With the credit based mailer you can email your ads to the safelist depending on your membership plan and how many credits you have left.

This is a really good feature because it allows you to save your credits and use them whenever you want.

6. What is the Ad Rotation System?
It is a system that rotates banners, text ads, and HTML ads at the bottom of every page of the Free SafeList Mailer website.

7. How does the Ad Rotation System work?
When you add your banner or ad to ARS, It will be put in rotation with the ads of other members and will be randomly displayed on the site every time a page is loaded.

8. Who can use the ARS?
All members of Free SafeList Emailer can use ARS.

9. What does it cost for my ad to be displayed?

You can display any ad or banner as long as it doesn't violate the ARS terms.

11. Why am I getting a "file://" Error when I try to Email?
This is normally caused when you try to email a message that was written with "Microsoft Word". Word processors will sometimes put this in the HTML code (usually it is a <link rel=...> reference). While most email readers and email software will not let software run from an email, it is better safe then sorry. New viruses appear on a daily basis now. For End-User security risks we will not allow the "file://" tag in any emails.

To delete the the tag from your email view the email in it's text source form. Probably 10 to 20 lines down you will see the "file://". Delete the entire line (from < to >) then try again, make sure you save your email ad either online if you have open positions or on your hard drive if you do not. Many free editors exist out there that do a much better job. Go to Google and do a search on "HTML Editors".

12. How Do I Send a List Solo Email?
To send your List Solo Ad please login and click on "List Email Solo Mailer" on the left menu button. Then you can send your List Solo just like a regular email and as soon as you submit it it is sent, no approval is necessary.
